The Sugarhouse Consignment Agreement

Consignments are welcomed upon approval, we ask that you rotate your consignment often.

Agreement terms.

1)      Products must be labeled with your name and a retail price.

2)      The Sugarhouse will charge A 25% fee on the purchase price of all products sold. Please keep this in mind when pricing your products so that there is not confusion. So for example if you need to get $8.00 out of your product when you sell it then you will need to mark it up enough so when we subtract 25% you still get your $8.00.

3)      The sugarhouse will not charge any other fee’s other then the 25% mark up.

4)      The Sugarhouse reserves the right to decide which products we would like to bring in and how much. We just want to make it fair for everyone.

5)      If your products simply do not sell and we have not heard from you then we reserve the right to pull the products from display and set them aside for you.

6)      If  90 days goes by without hearing from you we do reserve the right to disperse of the products if need be or charge a storage fee. ( This would be only on rare occasions we just need people to check in with us.)

7)      Payments for products sold are normally done on a monthly basis.

8)     The sugarhouse is not responsible for missing products do to theft.
