Ndakinna Cultural Center & Museum (NCCM), Craft COOP Consignment Agreement

Consignments are welcomed after Ndakinna approves them through a juried process.  In addition, we ask that you rotate your craft products monthly if possible.

Agreement terms.

1)                  Products must be labeled with your name and a retail price. (if from a recognized tribe, it can be labeled “Indian Made”)

2)                  NCCM charges a 25% fee based on the purchase price of your product when it is sold. This covers overhead, Credit card costs, phone etc.

3)                  NCCM will not charge any fee other than the 25% commission and/or monthly rent (more then 10 items) as agreed.

4)                  NCCM reserves the right to decide which products we accept for consignment.

5)                  If a product does not sell we reserve the right to pull the products from display and set them aside for you.

6)                  If after 90 days you have not retrieved your products, we reserve the right to either discard your product or charge a storage fee.

7)                  Payments from NCCM for products sold will be sent to you monthly.

8)                  NCCM reserves the right to set limits on the amount of product that will be displayed by any one consignee. We offer Rent Free space for no more then 10 products. For more then 10 items you will need to set up a rental contract with NCCM.

9)                  NCCM or the consignee can choose to end this agreement at anytime.
